How Can I Get Rid Of Trojan Zlob?

Hi After my norton anti virus finished it’s scan earlier today it reported the computer had a virus called Trojan Zlob, then said it could not remove it so I’m very worried about, I paid to have Norton installed on the computer I thought it would have stopped this virus, please can anyone help me I’m only a novice on the computer and haven’t a clue what to do next.

I used Malwarebytes a free version of the program is available. Download it and run a full scan, I run McAfee and what that software could not detect Malwarebytes did. Download it here from cnet.comhttp://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Ant…

P.S. they are probably fake registry’s, trojans, and temporary infected files, but try running Malwarebytes.

If you are having a virus or Malware problem, you should receive professional Malware removal support from a website like http://www.geekpolice.net/
If you are not sure if it’s a virus or not, they will use special softwares to check it for you.

*EDIT* id go with sly old mole smitfraudfix.exe helped me when I was attacked a a bundle of bad files

the Trojan virus is 1 of the worst to get on your PC. If you had the virus before installing Norton, Norton will not clean it out for you.
Call Norton and see what they recommend
