Trojan.Zlob.H - A Trojan Downloader Virus
Trojan.zlob.h is a dreadful Trojan-Downloader that wreaks havoc on a computer. It is most labeled by its Windows Security Center fake, a false alert that displays false Security advisories from the bottom of your monitor. After clicking these balloons, you get directed to misleading anti-Virus applications such as WinAntiSpyware. These too normally come coupled with even more trojan viruses, MAKE SURE NOT TO THESE FRADULENT ANTI-VIRUS UTILITIES
Some versions of the TrojanDownloader Zlob download a keylogger. For this reason it is classified as very high risk. Also, the trojan downloader has the ability to download a plethora of instuctions from multiple locations on the net, depending on the way the author has coded it. Downloaded pieces could include trojan agents, rootkits, and random harmful Spyware.
Trojan.zlob.h is almost always obtained through drive-by advertising. When someone accesses an infected site or media - such as a video player - a window launches, stating that some sort of decryptor, such as an audio codec, has to be present to play or listen to the multimedia without error. The user, angered due to the problem, clicks ok and unknowingly downloads the Trojan Downloader.
